NMRC OFFERS TRAIN COACH(ES) FOR BIRTHDAY AND PRE-WEDDING CELEBRATIONS ON WHEELS

Non-Farebox initiatives has been on the priority list of NMRC and now in addition to the Hiring of Premise Policy for Film Shooting And Photography on NMRC premises, the company has also formulated one more attractive policy for Birthday Party, Pre-Wedding Celebrations and other similar celebrations on wheels which means that now Noida Metro in addition to mode of travel, will also become an accessible, attractive and affordable destination for entertainment and celebrations that too at a very reasonable cost.

The aim behind the Policy is to develop NMRC as the unique destination for Birthday and Pre-Wedding Celebrations for residents of Noida and Greater Noida

• The interested applicants can request for one or more coaches to the maximum of 4 coaches in a train. To initiate the booking, the interested applicants have to follow the simple process of submitting the application to NMRC atleast 15 days in advance which would be considered on First Come First Serve Basis. Once the booking is confirmed by NMRC, the applicant would have to submit the license fee which will vary from INR 5000 TO 10,000 PER HOUR PER METRO COACH excluding taxes depending on the category chosen like decorated coach/undecorated coach in a running metro or a static metro etc. as per the Terms & Conditions prescribed under the Policy. In addition to the license fees, the applicants would also be required to pay Refundable Interest Free Security Deposit of INR 20,000 for the same. The coach(es) (decorated/undecorated) in regular running metro shall be available in the operational hours whereas in stand still metro shall be available in operational hours as well as non-operational hours. Non operational hours would be from 11pm to 2 am only. Maximum 50 people including Adults and Children shall be allowed per coach for the event.
• NMRC would be providing following support facilities to the applicant
  • 1 Center table would be made available to the applicant
  • Arrangement for dedicated dustbins and 1 housekeeping staff
  • Supervisory Staff as deemed appropriate by NMRC shall be deployed
• The applicants at all time would be governed by the guidelines as prescribed under the Policy regarding security check, loss/damage to metro property/hampering of operational activities/conduct/consumption of alcohol/use of fire, gunfire and explosives and others etc.

Prior to NMRC, similar offer has already been made available to the public by Rapid Metro Gurgaon, Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation and Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation
