In order to augment the Non-Farebox Revenues, NMRC has come up with an attractive idea of giving away the co-branding rights at selected metro stations on walk-in application basis. This initiative shall help NMRC generate non-fare box revenue by using its available inventories at metro stations. NMRC has an approved policy named “Walk-in Policy” to have applications from interested vendors in the field of co-branding of Metro Stations.
The salient features of the Walk-in Policy are as under:-.
a) The Walk-In-Policy is available on NMRC website nmrcnoida.com under BUSINESS OFFERS section at Sl. No. 8.
b) The application for the Walk –In-Policy scheme will be received through online Google Form which is open for a period of four weeks i.e., 28 days starting from 09.12.2021 upto 18.00.Hrs. on 05.01.2022.
c) Applicant can submit single Google Form for one or more Metro Station(s) as per their choice, eligibility and turn over criteria.
d) Nine Metro Stations namely Sec – 76, Sec – 101, Sec – 81, Sec – 83, NSEZ, Sec – 144, Sec – 145, Sec – 147 and Depot are offered for the Co-Branding and Outdoor advertising Rights along with Inside Station Advertisement Rights through the Walk-In-Policy. The tenure of the contract will of Ten (10) years with a lock – in – period of 2 years.
e) The selection of successful eligible applicant will be done on H1 basis among the applications received within stipulated time period for individual/particular Metro Station.
f) Eligible applicant (Refer eligibility criteria as per Annexure – 2 available on NMRC website nmrcnoida.com under BUSINESS OFFERS section at Sl. No. 8) shall be required to submit the duly filled online Google Form along with required documents and requisite Bid processing fee of Rs. 10,000/- upfront i.e., online pay the Bid processing fee in the designated bank account and submit the UTR no. in the Google Form (Mandatory).
g) The complete RFP along with requisite documents duly filled, signed and complete in all respect along with requisite EMD (Rs. 7.50 lacs for each Metro Station) must be submitted in Hard copy (sealed envelope) to the NMRC office. The EMD can be submitted either through online or DD mode in the bank details mentioned along with the policy.
h) The Minimum Reserve Price is declared in the Policy documents. The contract of intended inventory will be awarded to the eligible applicant at the more or equal to minimum reserved price quoted in financial quote Form (Annexure-6 of the Policy) on H1 financial quote basis. In case two or more technically qualified applicants quote the same price, then such applicants alone will be given an opportunity to better their rates through separate sealed quotations. The applicant with highest rate offered in such quotation will be taken as successful applicant.
i) NMRC will notify the successful applicant in writing, by letter (Notice of Award)/e-mail/fax, that its application has been accepted.
This policy of NMRC shall open a new door in the field of co-branding for the interested vendors. By this way of promoting NMRC through a Walk-in Policy, a positive vibe is being created among the vendors to easily participate in the different business opportunities available with Noida Metro Rail Corporation in coming days.
