NMRC has recently been assigned the status of nodal authority for mobility services (including Buses and Intermediate Public Transport) in Noida and Greater Noida region. NMRC intends to improve the commuter journey experience by creating a mobile application where a commuter can book their rides across modes like cycle rickshaw, auto rickshaw, battery rickshaw, cabs, etc. and plan their journeys. This will not only improve the first and last mile connectivity of the metro commuters and will also make the overall travel experience more convenient, seamless, time saving and economical. The app will also have SOS features that will be synchronised with police servers. The app users will be able to share their location and driver details with their family, friends, etc. In this regard, a questionnaire (link in QR code) was floated for public (commuters as well as drivers) on 25th May 2023. This will help NMRC to understand the concerns, priorities, preferences, and suggestions from commuters as well as service providers and possibility of addressing the same through various features in the app.
NMRC has received an overwhelming feedback from looking at which we are extending this link validity. The questionnaire link is available on NMRC website, at 3 metro stations (Knowledge Park, Pari Chowk and Sector 51)and also within the metro coaches, link will remain active for about one month w.e.f from 25th May 2023 (12:00 a.m.) up to1stJuly 2023 (11:59 p.m.). The passengers can also fill hard copy of the questionnaires which are available at 3 metro stations i.e., Knowledge Park, Pari Chowk and Sector 51 stations in Noida/ Greater Noida. Commuters and service providers are highly encouraged to fill the questionnaire.
