NMRC Exploring the options to increase Non-Fare box revenue

As you are aware, NMRC is exploring the options to increase non-fare box revenue. A detailed presentation was given to MD, NMRC for siting the options available for commercials. MD was apprised that with proposed plans for following commercial spaces which could be utilized in future:-

1. Power bank charging facility preferable at all stations of Aqua line for which NMRC will call for EoI within two weeks.

2. Commercial utilization of bare land parcel at Sector- 142 Metro Station for which NMRC will float RFP through e-tender wherein NMRC will provide sample concept design for the commercial development at offered space whose size is approximately 1000 square meter. The successful bidder will have to adhere with the provided Concept design.

3. Commercial utilization of bare land parcel at Alpha-I Metro Station for which NMRC will float RFP through e- tender to install kiosks on the similar lines of Sector-142 Metro Station.

4. It came to notice that stations at sector-81, 83 and 101 have larger spaces built for property development. MD suggested to offer these spaces for co-working spaces or to IT sector through a tender process
